The Leka Xi replaces wet trades with a dry-fit installation: ground screws instead of concrete pads, a pre-manufactured insulated GRP base, and modular wall panels made to your drawn heights and widths — window and door openings to spec, service routes pre-planned.
Manufactured to BS EN13706 and supplied cut-to-survey, Xi integrates directly with every Leka roof system, giving you a complete weather-tight conservatory or single-storey extension with insulation continuity from floor to ridge.
MFA-approved components with third-party certification make the Building Control submission straightforward — and the finished room heats in minutes and holds temperature like a modern extension.

Ground Screws
A dry-fit alternative to concrete pads — the foundation is installed and ready to build off within a day, even on tight-access plots.

Base System Installation
Ground membrane, pre-manufactured GRP base, perimeter beams and structural joists, with PIR insulation between joists to the specified floor U-value.

Modular Wall System
Panels arrive at drawn height and width with service routes and window/door openings already formed — two-person handling, labelled to the sequence sheet.

Roof Installation
Any LEKA warm roof — Conservatory, Orangery or hybrid — with factory-specified junctions and insulation continuity from floor to ridge.

Roof Insulation
High-grade EPS pre-cut between the GRP roof members plus insulated outer sheets — fewer roof bars, cleaner ceiling line, stronger U-values.
